SPACE is an online creative arts magazine of student works at Clark University

Starting in October 2020, Space magazine collects Clark student projects, including visual arts and writing, on a rolling basis.

Space magazine’s goals are two-fold:

first, to be a publishing outlet for creative students, and thus, be a place from which students are incentivized to cultivate creative projects on their own. We hope to encourage the engagement and development of any students’ creative minds by publishing work for the entirety of Clark’s campus. Space aims to be an institution that contributes to and expands creative conversation at Clark. Most importantly, our overarching goal is to allow students of all disciplines to participate and contribute in and to this conversation and exercise in the arts.

Space is for every type of student; for those who can’t afford to take a painting class but have half-finished sketches pushed to the corner of their room or art students who see the beginnings of a passion project emerging but find that there aren’t enough class projects to flesh out all they might want from it.

Space Magazine attempts to maintain a selective portfolio while being inclusive of all levels of artists.

If you would like to submit work for the magazine, please click the ‘submit’ button in the top left corner of the page to learn more and please use the ‘message us’ addition at the bottom of the home page to ask any questions.
